Really a good family getaway. Beautiful place. Your kids will love it. The 3 bedrooms suite is awesome. My kids love it very much. You just need a night stay there. Nearby attractions are also great. There are even donkeys and deers at the Rabbit Farm. Japanese village is nice too.

went with a friend on 5/2 - 6/2/2012. The hotel service was lousy.Waited for more than 2 hrs just for the bath towel and made 5 phone calls for that. Called room service number but it was never been picked up. Restaurant nearby was too small to accommodate the crowd and we ended up called the room service for dinner. Another horrible experience, had breakfast with table that was full with used plate n cups.

Very disappointed with the service. The only thing we like about the hotel is the room.

i've always wanted to visit this place when i saw the pictures. it's pretty cool actually, the villas, designs i haven't seen anywhere. I've had a very hard time trying to figure out how to go there from KL so i'm gonna share to you some ways.

1. using the Berjaya hills shuttle bus: this was my first option. how to book- visit this website http://www.colmartropicale.com.my . fare is 55ringgit for adult 2 way. the problem i encounter is, when you book for a shuttle bus they want you to fill up the credit card authorization form and send them a FRONT AND BACK COPY OF you credit card which i think is not safe. you can also deposit the payment to their Maybank account but theres a SGD30 charge for that.

2. you can take a cab from KL, i found this cab driver's number online. he charged us 250 ringgit for the whole trip.

i suggest that you go there early morning so it won't be too hot. you can see genting highlands from there. there's an entrance fee of 20 ringgit.

I booked 3 nights after browsing their website, which looks really good.

The disappointment started the moment we drove into the car park (full of bats). We proceeded to check at the lobby (simply decorated) and the place was run down.

The moment we entered our room, I immediately felt cheated by the photos shown on their Web site. It is not clean and it was barely furnish.

We check-out next day instead of staying for 3 nights!
