Visted this Hotel whilst touring Italy. The Eraclea Palace Hotel is in a great location, just back from the sea, through the pine trees, on the beautiful Adriatic. The room was very modern, clean and functional. The towels were changed daily and overall the hotel was spotless. The reception staff were all excellent, spoke very good english and always willing to help and always with a smile!!!

The hotel has a pool on the roof which was excellent. The beach was clean and always plenty of sunbeds.

The only area that the hotel was let down by was in the dining area. Not the staff i should add as they were excellent especially the manageress. All the food that came from the kitchen was off a excellent standard. Really good choice and very tasty. Unfortuneately the side dishes (potatoes, veg etc) were served buffet style and on several occasions this food was barely warm, all gone or you had to wait for more trays to be supplied by the kitchen. If you arrived late on in the sitting you would be lucky to obtain side dishes!!!

It's a shame really because we really enjoyed this hotel and would, even after what i have just written, visit this hotel again. Eraclea is a delightful resort, just big enough for a lovely seaside holiday without being too large that it loses it's personallity.
