“Great B&B, wondeful hospitality”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 29 July 2010

We had a wedding in Ballaghaderreen recently and opted to stay in this B&B. We had a perfect stay and were extremely confortable. The newly refurbished bedroom and breakfast room were lovely and warm. Denise was so pleasant and made us a lovely breakfast (even tho we were an hour later than arranged). She also dropped us up to collect our car which we had left up the town itself the previous night. Would not hesitate in recommending and would definitely stay with Denise and family again.

If you are visiting Ballaghaderreeen and you want an excellent B&B to stay for a nite a week or longer you will find no better place to stop than Bruach an Bhaile translated "Thr Edge of Town"
Comfortable, extremely clean, bathrooms, with lots of towels and many more items for the ladies... and as the name itranslates "IThe Edge of Town"it is conducive to a good night's rest ,quiet location yet close enough to walk to shopping ,restaurants. etc. Ample off-street parking .Privacvy no children...what more is there to ask for ?

we stayed at this b&b because the Fleadh Cheoil was taking place in Ballaghaderreen. We would definitely stay at Bruach an Bhaile if in this area again. Rooms tastefully decorated and everything looks new. A cup of tea and scone was much appreciated after a long journey. Good choice for breakfast and the full Irish very tasty. Denise and Padraic made us feel most welcome.

“Great place to stay!”

My brother and sister and I stayed for one night at Bruach an Bhaile and had a wonderful stay. The guesthouse was very clean and newly remodeled. The rates were reasonable, and it was a good value considering it is so clean and new. Denise was friendly and hospitable, and she made us a delicious breakfast. The guesthouse is about a five minute walk to the main street in Ballaghaderreen. We would certainly come back!
