We just spent one night at this hotel on our way to the airport. The rooms were of a standard equitable with the Ibis group. The bathroom is a plastic module inside the room. This was not as bad as it sounds – there was plenty of space, particularly in the shower.

The biggest let-down of this hotel was the bed. It was very hard and the pillows did not add any comfort. This hotel is probably the worst for sleep comfort that we have experienced in recent years.

The staff at this hotel were exceptionally good, and we did enjoy a good dinner. Breakfast was of a reasonable standard.

Visited this hotel for bushminess reasons in 2009. It is out of the way from everything but conveniently located off the A12 so it's good and cheap if you are driving. My room was quiet, small but modern and always kept clean. I had a shower - not sure if a bath is possible.

Breakfast buffet is ok but unhealthy if you take the fried eggs and bacon on a daily basis.

Ample car parking space.

Located in a convenient position just off the nearby motorway, the greeting was friendy, the service efficient, rooms clean and the price reasonable. Dinner was, if anything, too generous in potion size - but, who's complaining - it was also delicious.
