The hotel offers an airport shuttle bus from the airport to the hotel for €4 per person. The drive took less than 5 minutes as the driver was obviously an aspiring rally driver! For a couple traveling together this adds €16 to the cost of the stay. The nightly rate which was pre-booked was €74, add your shuttle & €2 tax then you end up paying €92.. This represents very bad value for the hotel type. Situated literally on the security fence of the perimeter of the airport. The staff obviously are unhappy in their jobs judging by their attitudes. We found them unprofessional and aggressive towards guests and their own work colleagues. I would strongly advise against a stay here. Plenty of other hotels offering better value than this..

First off let me agree with other reviewers this place is in the middle of nowhere and unless you have a car (which fortunately we did) you would be better off in the local police cells. I found the staff courteous and the night we checked in I discovered the receptionist had a sense of humour when she told me I had been given the VIP room oh how I laughed when I seen the reality!!!

The room was clean, the toilet and walk-in shower are seperate and toiletry products are provided, there is also virtually zero airport noise - these are the major good points. Now the negatives, no iron or board, not good if you are there on business and need to look smart, no tea making facilities, the pillows would just about suit a dolls house and the bed was like granite, no air-con and the breakfast was absolutely awful. Given a choice I would not stay here ever again. Finally check your bill carefully as I was charged for a second breakfast that I never had.

This hotel is fine for a quick 1 night stopover before an early flight, expect nothing more than that!
Breakfast was awful, wifi slow and almost unusable. Rooms were just OK.
Hotel is very close to the airport but can't walk due to a huge fence but they have a shuttle/taxi arrangement.
There is nothing in the surrounding area to do or anywhere to eat, food in the hotel is best avoided. The hotel is also very overpriced for all it is.

I stayed here to catch an early flight out of Brussels-Charleroi. I was fooled, though, by the hotel being 200 m from the terminal, but accessible only by a shuttle driving long and winding roads to get there. The shuttle was not free - it cost 4 € per leg - and it ran only on an hourly-schedule to the flight terminal in the mornings.

But, all in all, this is a modern, no-frills hotel, shared by smart-travellers and low cost airlines flight crews and it is good option versus staying in boring Charleroi downtown or to get up dirt-early in Brussels to travel here for your flight. 66 € for a night was the right price, I'd say.
