The best value hotel I stayed in during a week of travelling around Corsica. The staff were incredibly helpful, welcoming and generous (our flight was delayed on the way out, so we ended up cancelling our first night at short notice but the hotel, very kindly, said we did not have to pay).
The rooms were comfortable and clean and large, with nice, well-done bathrooms (shower only). The communal areas of the hotel are tastefully
decorated.
We paid extra for a room with a terrace, which was definitely worth it, as it had amazing views down the hill towards the rest of the town and the sea. Although it is quite a walk down to the town, it is worth it for the view, and there is a delicious restaurant next door (The Maquis).
Breakfast was included and was good - croissants, bread, coffee, juice, yoghurt etc - and served in the small but nice garden/terrace.
I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Porto.
