The good things about this hotel include an impressive swimming pool, and clean, spacious (ours was anyway) rooms. The not so good is that the furniture/decoration is very basic, the building rather cavernously noisy, and the village of Arroyo Frio is a mess. There are half-completed buildings all over the place - obvious the financial crisis caught it at a time of over-ambitious expansion. More attention needs to be paid to producing high quality accommodation suited to the beauty of the Sierra de Cazorla, rather than taking the quick tourist money. The hotel is ok, but I wouldn´t stay in this village again. Even the Parador, isolated in stunning countryside to the west, was offering better deals than what we paid here.
