We stayed just one night at this place.
The room is basic, but has everything you need for an overnight: the bed, the bathroom, small things like shampoo, iron, and TV and Wi-Fi.
Cannot comment on the food as we had neither breakfast, nor dinner there.
Unfortunately, our car broke down on the way to this place, so we had to call the towing vehicle and go back home by bus. And the receptionist spent an hour with us, arranging the service of the pick up for the car, looking for the flights and/or buses for us to go home, suggesting the way out - thank you so much.
Not very convenient location if you dont have a car, otherwise not a bad option.

“Really wanted to give a rave review, but...”
Absolutely fantastic hotel front desk staff! I really wanted to give this hotel a rave review based only on its fantastic staff. However, that was probably the only good thing about this hotel.
The rooms were mediocre, and had a musty smell to it. There was a bug in the tub when we first arrived, and the mattress felt really old. It was a double (but really it was two twin beds pushed together). The location was not very convenient. A car is really necessary, and it's pretty far from Bilbao city center.
