We enjoy Green Cay, and take the place with some acceptance. Second stay at Villa #9, Ocean View.
Pluses.....Good service, Private pool, Great View and location.
Minuses .....Poor water presure, plus no water one morning,(fixed by mid day)

Great Restaurant find this year: L Auberge Gourmade, in Gran Case, located in 130 year old building.

This is our 3rd trip to Green Cay. We were there a few years ago and there have been some very nice updates and improvements. The bathrooms and kitchens have been redone. There is now an outdoor shower which is a big bonus for us. They also have satellite tv which was great as we were able to enjoy the Olympics while we were in St. Martin. Mark, the new manager was friendly and helpful. He recommended an amazing sail to Anguila which we enjoyed tremendously. Every issue we had while we were settling into the villa was taken care of immediately. We love the private pool and how spacious and open the villa feels. Perfect location and easy walk to orient beach, stores and restaurants. The privacy is wonderful. You feel like you are staying in a home with the bonus of having a front desk/concierge!
We love St. Marten-The food, the sun and the surf!!

My husband and I just returned from a fabulous stay at Green Cay Villas. This was our ninth year in a row that we have gone to Green Cay and we still think this is the best vacation ever. The villa was great with the new renovations and the service was great. The villa is a five minute walk down to the beach where there are many restaurants and the beach is just beautiful. We ate in Grand Case which is a ten minute car ride away and all the restaurants in Grand Case are just wonderful. If you are looking for a vacation to get away and relax, this is the place. We are definitely going back next year.

These Villas with there private pools and close location to Orient Beach make a vacation worthwhile! An added plus is the ability to rent the Villa with One, Two or Three Bedrooms to accomodate your needs.

We have spent one to two weeks a year for the past five years and plan on going back in 2010!
