This was myself and my boyfriends first stay at Trewythen Lodges and we didnt want to leave! The lodges are immaculate and have everything you would need or want. The hotub is also a great bonus! The views are exceptional with lots of lovely walks if thats your kind of thing. We had one of the nicest breaks away at this lodge and they are kept in superb condition. The lodges have a fire, Tv, Dvd player, dish washer, washing machine, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and even provide you with robes.! The service from the Owner Ann was faultless and you can tell she works hard to keep the lodges to such a high standard. We will definatley returning for another relaxing break in the future :)

“Extra special Christmas break”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 29 January 2012

This was our first Christmas break away from home for many years. We chose Trewythen after much thought and research and can say with all honesty it exceeded all of our expectations! The lodge was impeccably clean and every item that you could have wanted or needed was there. From the moment we arrived, the warmth and hospitality we received from Anne and Paul was first class. We enjoyed the luxury of the hot tub and the sauna and the views from the hot tub across the rolling hills were just fantastic. We wanted a relaxing and stress free break and this is just what we got. Nothing was too much trouble for Anne, from advising us where to eat or get local produce, this made the stay even more enjoyable.
On this note, I must say the fish and chips in Caersws are excellent and the staff in the shop were very friendly. We could not have wished for a better place to stay and this will most definitely be the first of many visits to Trewythen Lodges!!
Thank you for a lovely Christmas and see you soon ! Amanda & David.

“January stay at the Lodges”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 17 January 2012

Me and my partner stayed at the lodge for a week in January as a surprise treat for my birthday
Was amazed at the high quality of the lodge interior and exterior, Lovely kithchen with everything you could need, nice roomly lounge and dining area, was amazed at the indoor sauna in the en-suite and outdoor hot tub!
the local area has great scenery for walks and biking, thankfully the weather was on our side while we stayed.
The staff here are very welcoming and are there if you need them.
would definatly return in the furture our rating 5 stars!

“Brilliant Christmas break!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 31 December 2011

This was our second Christmas stay at Trewythen Lodges, we last stayed in 2008. The lodges are still fantastic and look as good and new as they did 3 years ago - the views are fantastic, rolling countryside and sheep as far as the eye can see. Anne is so lovely! Such a welcoming person and the lodges are kept beautifully. They are clean and fabulously kitted out with all the little bits you need. We love the inclusion of the robes which you can put on after jumping out of the hot tub! The hot tubs are fantastic and just what you need to chill out at Christmas or any time of the year. We really could not fault these lodges, the friendliness of Anne, the location and all the facilities. We will definitely return for a third visit and would recommend these lodges to anyone!

“Romantic relaxing break...”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 22 December 2011

We are a young couple in our late twenties and were looking for a break the week before Christmas. After looking at weeks abroad with no real joy we stumbled across these lodges on line. We read the reviews and made the decision to book...turned up as requested at 4pm having READ the things we needed to do (times to be there, things available to us etc) which I don't think some reviewers on here actually did!
Ann welcomed us and briefly ran through some quick health and safety bits and bobs and made sure we were comfortable with everything and after leaving the champagne and chocs etc that my boyfriend had requested, happily left us to it. The only times we saw her were when we met on the lane in cars after days out and when she kindly collected our rubbish near the end of our trip. I can safely say that this trip was perfect - no trouble, nice places to get to, outstanding views...if you like running there are some great hills to tackle, I had great fun. Perfect get away, will be here again first chance we get - if you like cooking though, everything is here but bring tin foil and olive oil! Perfect. Thanks so much Ann. Leigh and gem xx

Room Tip: Bluebell 1 for 2 people is very luxurious!
