I really love this hotel. All staff are always smiling and they're very accommodating. The hotel is very clean, very nice bed and wide space room, very clean comfort room and nice terrace. We stayed in this hotel Feb14,2012 and checked out Feb15,2012 and it was great to stay in this nice hotel which is located in the city proper of Tagbilaran, Bohol.

Budget place to stay, clean, quiet and friendly personnel. They are very accommodating. Safe place to stay.

Easy access to malls, church, parks and restaurants. All walking distance.

The hotel is located in the center of Tagbilaran City. If sight seeing is part of your itinerary, although there isn't much in Tagbilaran, this is your hotel. Within walking distance are the Cathedral, the park, museum, and some malls downtown. As with most buildings in the city, the building is old, but the rooms of this hotel is a different story. They are clean and quite spacious. The air conditioning unit was new, made no noise, and functioned without hassle. There is free set breakfast, which was filling and quite tasty. Loved the bacon. Initially, the offer was only free airport pick up, but when was requested for free airport drop off, they granted it. We got the feeling they don't usually do that. We felt special. Haha.

Minor setbacks would be the mildew on the shower curtians, and the bathroom kinda smelled. Also when we asked for extra blankets, front desk admitted she forgot about our request and apologized. We had to call again. It's the little things that dissapoint me a little.

I wish management would look into these minor things because overall, our experience in this hotel is one of the best by Philippine standards.

Stayed here for one night for a queen room for PHP 1300. It was (supposedly) their last queen available and the one with no window and really small. But, with aircon, hot water, tv, and breakfast included we decided it was still worth it to stay. The room itself was clean and cute enough with a closet, desk and comfortable bed. Shower was warm but not hot given it was solar heated. TV had a good range of channels and aircon worked well. Breakfast was very small and not very good. The location of the hotel is well situated for being downtown and near the main central square, cathedral and a couple restaurants. We felt this hotel was ok but probably would spend a little bit more and stay at a significantly better place like Metrocentral in the future.
