Nice hotel, rooms very large and comfortable. TV and free mini bar soft drinks. Breakfast had a nice variety of food and drink ( at extra cost ). Location is very good for the commercial district and a short walk to the beach. Staff OK.

we arrived at the airport and got a taxi outside the building and went straight to the hotel, the guy at reception wasn't the most pleasant but we just laughed about his off handed nature.

Our room was clean and spacious the view.....was of the wall where the pool area is located so no view and made room very dark, didnt bother us as we didnt go to Alicante to stay in the bedroom!!

Pool area is VERY small, it opened at 10am and as soon as it opened people rushed up as there was about 10 loungers pool big enough to do a couple swimming strokes to the other side. There was a pool bar but not attended you had to call to put your order through.

The hotel was far enough from the main strip to be quiet but was only 10/15mins walk through little park areas. The main strip was full of bars and restaurants where prices were not as bad as we had expected.

You normally can't go wrong with an AC hotel in Spain. Once you've stayed in one, you know what you're going to get. Whilst the level of standardisation might put people off, there are many times when it's quite comforting, especially given the extremely variable levels of facilities and service in non-chain hotels. The rooms are very stylish, the staff are friendly, and the breakfasts are excellent. There's an underground car park that costs about 10 euros for the day I think. You could leave your car in the street, since there's plenty of room, but I chose not to take the risk. The hotel is situated a little west of most of the action, but it's only a walk to most places. The new bus station is conveniently located close-by.

Stayed here with my friends one night, close to the city with taxi and a nice pool on the top.
The rooms were nice!
