When I saw the room I was not impressed, but actually for the location and price this is amazing value for money. It is very clean, the room decor and furnishing are just old fashioned, but the bathroom and shower are not and if you are only looking for a place to shower and sleep in Alicante why pay more. It is very central and a short stroll from the airport bus. The staff are helpfull and let us get changed before our check in the toilets and kept our luggage for us.

Nice small hotel but noisy at night due to Kentucky fried Chicken opposite which stays open all night'

Stayed 2 nights, Saturday and Sunday, in late September. Can only echo all the positive comments made recently, had absolutely no complaint about this hotel. As I was travelling alone and only short stay was anticipating a smaller, basic room, but got a lovely room on 4th floor overlooking La Rambla with a small balcony. Room and bathroom were very clean, beds were comfortable and despite being a weekend the double glazing did a very effective job at keeping the noise from the street to a minimum. Had all the facilities I required, and was excellent value for money. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend to anyone looking for a hotel in central Alicante.

Caught airport bus into Alicante E2-65 pp,drop off about 10mins away,bus stop to airport across road, every 20 mins both ways.Rooms clean,little fridge,aircon,TV had just spanish progs,plenty of hot water,6 floors,1 lift ,paid for room in euro(booking.com)people on reception very nice and helpful,left luggage with them on last day and let us change clothes in breakfast room.Breakfast was continental,cold meats,cereals,cakes,coffee/tea,toast.Location 200yds from marina 6/700yds beach,plenty of late opening supermarkets nearby,tourist info shop 150 yds up the road.Stayed 4 nights(10/14Sept) could have stopped 14 no problem with this hotel.
