The rate is not reasonable with the faclities occupied for the customer especially in the room. The mattres is hard and not comfortable at all and too small, like single for kid.. Although the size of the room is quite big it can't pay my bad feeling with the facilities inside. The housekeeper is too late to service the room. The tap water is too slow bt the shower is quite ok... Overall stay here is like staying in school hostel... The breakfast is so limited to the customer. Only 3 staffs in duty for a morning.. What I dislike most is the rate for a night was achieved as high as RM185 but the facilties and the food is not satisfied with the rate... too much for me
