After having an upsetting experience in a previous hotel, I arrived tired, upset and with 2 children in tow my spirit was low. The reception staff greeted myself and my friend with warm welcoming smiles. Throughout our weekend stay the hotel staff were exceptional, the food was delicious, the rooms spacious and warm and the pool area was ideal for the children. After an upsetting start to our weekend this wonderful hotel and its staff made it all worthwhile. I would recommend this hotel to anyone it truly is an amazing place to stay.

I've never given a review before but because of the high quality received here i felt compelled to write.Myself and my young family stayed here for an extended family get together.The staff were extremely friendly, helpful and above all kid friendly.The hotel was spotless,the rooms perfect and the bar, big and spacious.The kids loved kardio kids and the spotless clean pool,here again the staff were friendly and helpful.At one stage i totally forgot my change from the bar and the bar manager made it his business to find me to give it back,this was a first for me and should be applauded for his honesty!The best,had to be the food,one word...perfection!!!!.32 adults and 8 children sat for the meal.Every course was top class and cooked perfectly.Portions were generous and every plate was left clean.Two days later, everyone is still talking about the high quality of the cooking.Every aspect of this hotel was brilliant and we will definitely be returning.The food alone would bring me back.....highly recommended.

Stayed in this hotel for three nights B & B plus one evening meal. Could not fault anything with our stay, hotel is beautiful, spacious, bright & modern and spotlessly clean. Leisure centre was fab, have never seen so many kids use a swimming pool in a hotel before, lifeguard had games organised for the kids and apparently they have a great kids play area. This did not apply to us so can only comment on what I saw in the pool. Lester and all the staff were courteous, cheerful, friendly and helpful. Good selection for breakfast and food was too a very high standard, had our meal in the restaurant on the Sat night, have to admit, the food was exceptional. Have stayed in many hotels over the years and would rate this in my top three (and I am very critical). Requested a wheelchair accesible room which we got, and which was great, could maybe look at putting foldable seats onto the wall for people who have limited mobility. Overall, thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will return, would recommend to anyone...actually really can not recoomend this hotel highly enough.

Myself and husband just returned from a midweek break, we selected 2 nights BB with one evening meal to discover the resturant does not open midweek staff should have informed us when we were booking this, that our evening meal would be in the bar, staff were friendly on arrival but not very informative. room was clean
