A great hotel, due to the most helpful manager I've ever met. Pep Graus does everything! He even cooked just for me ("What would you like?") on an evening the restaurant was closed. He hunted for the keys of the Swedish watchtower and took me in to watch the video of the history of the Swedish Pavillion next to the hotel. (A fascinating history!) He has a fund of knowledge about the town and the area. What could have been just an overnight stop turned out to be a very happy experience. Thank you, Pep, for all your kindness.

“Affordable and quiet hotel.”

My wife and I stayed at this hotel to attend a Nils Lofgren concert in Berga. The hotel has recently been renovated and the common areas are very well appointed. Rooms are very basic and on the smaller-side but clean. It is located in a quiet neighbourhood of a very quiet city, so we slept very well. It has a complimentary buffet breakfast with great local meats ("embutits"). If we ever considered visiting Berga again we would choose the same hotel.
