Actually, me and my mother came into this hotel because of a misunderstanding. We thought it is situated in Barcelona, but it's about 15-20km away from the city.
That was no problem at all, the train station is 50m away from the hotel and there's a train every 30 minutes.
The room is very beautiful and there is also an air conditioning in every room.
A bit exaggerated is, that they say that there is a pool. It's more like a wadin pool.
At our last day in Montcada we had to leave a bit earlier, because our plane was leaving about 10 o'clock in the morning. The day before we asked at the reception if it's possible that we can have breakfast at 7 (it starts at 7.30) and she said yes. Well, the ned morning we wanted to have breakfast and a man who worked there in the "restaurant" nearly shouted at us and kicked us out of the restaurant. He had no understanding in that.
After we told at the reception about that, they( the man and the woman from the reception) started arguing very loud.
So our stay ended very unlovely.
In spite of that it's a very beautiful hotel I'm not going back there anymore!

It's not realy in Barcelona, it's located in Moncada so you need to purchase a separate ticket to get there.
trip from Moncada Ripoillet (train station only 300m from the hotel) to Catalunia Square (Barcelona center) takes about 25min, but the trains going to town are usually late (5-15min),

breakfast was ok, but you had to wait a wile before employees cared to refill trays.
If the hotel is crowded don't use the air conditioning as cigarette smoke from other rooms comes down through the pipes.

On the other hand we got a good price, and it has free wifi.

Great hotel a little bit far a way from citycenter but is suitable for person who is ready for little adventure and not so keen into nightlife. We were searching for relaxation and peace as well so hotel was very much what we were looking for. Hotel is near of railways and is easy to find if one knows which stop to stay by train. Location is taken into account in hotel price.

Hotel room was clean and cosy, there is nice swimming pool on the roof as well. There is quite cheap with quality mall under the hotel. Hotell stuff is helpfull but I would have hoped more help how to get with bus, train or other cheaper ways to tourist atractions than taxi which hotell stuff only preferred. Railway connection is vary easy though and connection is great even to airport. Now we have to push stuff to get answer and help to get to hotel by train. It was a little bit annoying.

These development areas we find as well.
- Hotel needs to have name on to roof clearly, when you step out first time from the train, it is hard to guess where hotell is even if it is right next to railways.
- Hotel address needs to be specified more clearly somewhere - local taxi drivers can not find it with current one.
- Breadfast should be included to price.
- Hotel crew should have clear instructions to guests how to find hotell also by other ways than taxi. It is not complicated as they are now saying. It is easy and you can find hotel directly from airport or central railway station if you want to. You only have to know, which stop you have to leave out the train.

Barcelona is very nice city to visit and this hotel provides a little change to see real Spanish life because it is not located stright to citycenter.

The room was very clean. The location was a little far from the city but some of us were able to sit at a near by courtyard where we enjoyed watching the local families interaction. Behind there was a nice little park. In the evening it was a little noisy but by 10.pm it all settle down. The mattresses were the best. Had a great stay. Will stay again.
