After spending 5 days on the beach at Sitges we felt we needed to see a bit more of Spain and get away from the beach. This place, found a bit by random on the internet, offered us a good price to get into the country a bit and explore the area around the "Ruta de Cister" tourist/pilgramage route around some of the monesteries of the region. The hotel is bright and modern, the rooms fresh and clean. I didn't think much of the evening meal - but for 12 euros including wine, you can't really complain (at the weekends this goes up to 20) The promised WiFi internet didn't work in the room - you had to go to reception for this to work, which was a dissapointment.
The town itself is delightful, if small. Unless you meet people there, there's not much to do after you've looked around the old part, but the hotel does have a deal with the neighbouring outside swimming pool which might appeal to some travellers.
