I was doing a short cycle tour from Newcastle to Scotland using Sustrans route 1.

Great B&B - secure storage for the bike in garage overnight. Great en-suite double room - freeview TV. Very friendly and helpful. I was lent a torch for the short walk to the town which is very pretty and with great pubs for evening meal.

Breakfast very good. Highly recommended.

We recently had a three night stay at the Aulden B&B in Warkworth.
Situated in a quiet road, a short walk into the pretty village of Warkworth.
The hosts Sue and Geoff were welcoming,helpful & informative.
The comfortable, immaculate accommodation, cleanliness, and attention to detail
was exactly as described in previous feedbacks.
The breakfast menu was plentiful, varied & served at a time to suit the guest.
The fruit compote was a favourite.
We have no hesitation in recommending this excellent bed & breakfast.

Two of us friends stayed here as part of a motorcycle trip exploring the coast. Sue and Geoff were very welcoming and friendly, offering us off road parking for the bikes. The rooms were the highest standard I have seen in a B&B, very comfortable and well appointed. They showed us a nice walking route along the river into town. Breakfast was wonderful. Would definitely recommend this place.

We were given a warm welcome and much-needed help to dry our wet clothes and walking boots. The bedroom and small ensuite were spotless, pretty and comfortable with a lovely view of the garden. Breakfast was good. Sue and Geoff could not have been more helpful with recommendations for where to eat and a lift into the village to save our weary feet. They also helped get our luggage to the bus stop in the morning and suggested local walks. An excellent and friendly service all round!
