We stayed at No.28 for one night, having booked by 'phone a couple of days before. John made us so welcome and gave us great info about the locality. Nothing seemed too much trouble for him. The room we had was immaculate and so tastefully decorated etc, and I think this was the most comfortable bed we've ever slept in! Breakfast lovely, although we do prefer a table to ourselves rather than sharing, but this seems to be quite common nowadays.
Warkworth itself is a really nice place; there are lots of FREE parking spaces on Castle St. The beach is about a mile away, and we would recommend the riverside walk.
There are plenty places to eat - we went next door to the Hermitage, where we had a good roast beef dinner with loads of perfectly cooked veg!
We would definitely come back and have no hesitation in recommending No.28.

Just stayed at this lovely Band B in Warkworth. Very clean, quiet and comfortable with vey friendly owners who made us extremely welcome. Charming bedroom with view over the garden, lovely shower room and excellent breakfast. I had Craster kippers and my partner had the full English with local sausages washed down with lots of tea and fresh juice. Will definitely return.

This B&B has finally restored our faith in staying in them. Clean, smart and homely rooms, guest lounge, lovely thick mattress, large room and nicely fitted ensuite. You can see much thought has been given to the detail e.g. molton brown products in the bathroom and a breakfast menu to choose from. Only thing we would say was the towels could have been a little bigger and softer, but that is our only criticism. Extremely welcoming owners offering local knowledge, friendly interest, great breakfast and views of their garden from the decking. Lovely location with close, easy parking. A B&B that is worth the money! Would definitely stay here again.

We love Warkworth and have stayed in lots of accommodation there but this has been the best B&B. We had the big room overlooking the main street, very clean, proper black out blinds, great shower. Even though it faced the main street, there was very little noise as the windows are all double glazed. Very warm and welcoming hosts and we loved Ben the Labradoodle. What more can I say. We'll be back.
