Stayed here for one night on our way through walking St Oswald's Way. Very comfortable accommodation and the whole house immaculate. Katie was a great host - home made cake on arrival and tea. Great ensuite shower. Good recommendation for eating out in the evening. 10 out of 10 all round

A warm welcome from Katie and Paul started our stay off very well!
Our bedroom was spotless and very well equipped with TV, Hospitality Tray plus some of the things you usually forget to take with you. The large bed was comfortable and bed linen beautifully arranged. The bathroom had a lovely shower unit - very controllable - and a handbasin and toilet. All were of a high standard as were the towels, etc.
Breakfast was served in the large lounge/dining room on a beautifully laid out table. There were fresh fruits, yoghurts and cereals to start with and a choice from a good and varied menu to follow. If you leave here hungry, it's your own fault!
Katie is very knowledgeable about the area and is always willing to give directions and advice.
Warkworth is a small pleasant village about 1 mile from Amble and 20 minutes drive from Alnwick.
Places to visit include Alnwick Castle and Gardens, Lindisfarne and Cragside - not forgetting the castle at Warkworth. There are many more - Northumberland is a lovely county!

Stayed here on way down to great north run. The owners were having a late night out due to a 60th birthday party but still managed to be up and very cheery for our early, very tasty, breakfast.

We are from Germany and stayed there on our holidays. The B&B is in a nice rural area in short distance of the small nice town of Warkworth. We had room number one which is situated on the ground level, so it was easy to carry the luggage in.
The room is stylish and very clean. The breakfast is excellent and the atmosphere is modern and well balanced. We loved it. Katie is so friendly and she gave us good advice for going out at nights. We felt like at home. Thank you for your hospitality. We would come back again.
