Morwick House is a find. You don't really know what somewhere is like from photos on the internet and this b&b delivers on every level! Its position is covenient at the top of the village near pubs and shops and of course the castle. We arrived to a cup of tea and were made to feel most welcome. Our room was very clean and so comfortable and very well appointed and the breakfast delicious- an excellent stay. Only sorry we could only stay one night - we'll have to come back!

This was our first visit to northumberland, & we could not have pick a better place to stay.
a nice welcome & we were offered a very much appreciated refreshment after our long journey, we stayed in the twin room, a very good size room, which was very clean & had everything we could want to have, A very good choice & quality of breakfast ( lesley's home made jam) with the views of dennis's beautiful kept garden. Walkworth is a very pretty village, with a good selection of shops & places to eat, not forgeting the amazing view of Walkworth castle yards from the entrance to Morwick house.

A beautiful house, well kept gardens and very nice people. We have stayed here on a couple of occassions now and without a doubt I would recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. Lesley and Dennis stand out as brilliant hosts in this well positioned B&B. The breakfast menu is amazing and of the very highest quality...I have not had better anywhere else, top quality and plenty of it. The rooms are very nice indeed, light, airy and very comfortable, great bathrooms and a good selection of DVD's should you want to watch something.The Breakfast room is a delight to be in, again light and airy with a great selection of juices and other things. Parking is excellent and secure. This house feels like home and is a joy to stay at. We stay here when visiting family in the area and we are always envied by other members of the family not staying at this awesome B&B...keep up the great work and high standards

We needed to get away for a short break and this B and B was absolutley wonderful. We arrived to a very warm and friendly welcome. The house and gardens were beautiful with a lovely room. Very clean and the bed was so so comfortable. Fresh Sweet peas in the bedroom a lovely touch. This area of the north east was a great place to explore with loads to do and see. Thank you for all your help and knowledge of the area we will certainly return. Sally and Mike
