8 yrs ago, I visited Cotabato city I did not see taxi's running around the city. is there a rental car you can rent from Awang airport to places like Landasan? and that we will feel safe and secure to arrive to our destination.

I visited Cotabato City last year and I haven't seen any taxi or rental car at the airport. You may hire a multicab to take you anywhere in the city.

I think there's no need to look for one or contact them in advance. There would be several of them looking for people like you who will be going to various towns of Cotabato. I'm sorry as I don't know the price as I did not pay for my transfers as it was taken cared of by the hotel.
