“ best way from dublin to san giovanno over easter weekend ”

looking to see what the best way to go and will it be easy to get buses or tains etc as dont speak italian very well. is there an organised trip available around easter weekend for a mini break

By plane to Rome, then train to Foggia. For train times, see http://trenitalia.it/homepage_en.html - your starting point on the website is "Fiumicino Airport" if you fly Air Lingus, or "Rome" if you fly Ryanair as Ciampino airport has no train station.

I have no idea about organised trips. And I suspect this will be a very crowded destination indeed on Easter weekend.
