I've seen it in the package store on the far south end of town closest to the park, next to the new winery.

It'sa the best damn "likker" there is!

I was told by a local that the Plant will be moving to Parrotsville, on property owned by the Suttons. I was also told that the Mason jar it is in, with a raffia bow, will become a Collector's item since it will be sold in bottles later on. This is strictly speculation, I think, to make a sale. However, the salespitch is working--it is flying off the shelves!

He was famous around Maggie Valley, where he was originally from, and spent a lot of time there. My mom has pictures of herself with him at his stand on Hwy 19 in Maggie. She said he was a super nice guy.

I think it is heartbreaking to know that someone was despondent enough to end their life over taxes....

I know when i was there in May I went looking for it. Every place that carried it sad they couldnt keep it on the shelves. They cant keep up with the demand.
