I also caution on the side of earlier rather than later. Assuming you want to be at the airport around 7am, I'd allow an hour for driving, parking and shuttle transfer.

Westbound 183 traffic should be light, but there is road construction and lane closures and you never know *where* the morning wreck will occur. Keep in mind that at that time of morning, leaving 15 minutes later can create an additional 30 minutes drive time during weekday rush hour.

As to parking, much depends on what you're willing to pay, covered, non-covered, secure or not, etc.
