I'm afraid my knowledge of S helier cemeteries is a little limited but I know a man who can! Contact the parish of St Helier via their website http://www.sthelier.je/ and I'm sure they will be able to help.
If you haven't done so already, I would contact the Jersey Archives. The staff are extremely helpful and may be able to assist you.
You will need a fair amount of time unless the graves have been maintained as only the walkways are mown.
I spent hours a couple of hours months ago looking for some from around 50 years ago and I attended the funerals.
St Saviour's Church cemetery may be a possibility as would the cemetery near Green Street car park, almost directly opposite the Club Hotel and Spa in St Helier. The Jersey Archives is a good suggestion.
