Deadwood Forum: How is the Palace Express Lead?

I have stayed there, but it's been a few years. At the time, the prices were also very reasonable. Honestly, for a couple of nights, it was fine. Keep in mind it is basic lodging with not a lot of frills. The beds were pretty comfortable, but there was no breakfast when we were there. For the price we paid, however, it was not a big deal to grab a bite in Deadwood. The location is good if you aren't interested in staying in downtown Deadwood. At the time, they offered a free shuttle to Deadwood, but we chose to drive and park in public areas.
