“ Charlotte Center City Public Spaces ”

I have to kill about 4 hours on a Monday night in Charlotte and wanted to find out if there are any public spaces in Center City where you can sit and read in the evening.

Lobby of hotels (if cold). Satrbucks in Bank of America Plaza

on 101 S. Tryon Street - They close at 5:30pm but the building is open, you could just stay there...Outside - if not cold - same area..

Unfortunately the Public Library is closed on Mondays, otherwise that would be the best stop. Probably too noisy & cold in the outdoor area of Epicentre, but there are several restaurants/cafes...
