“ Day Spas Near Rochester ”

I've read previous posts from several years ago about Belhurst Castle and The Spa at the Del Monte. Wondering if anyone has gone in the recent past? We are 2 couples staying in Rochester for a week this December and wanting enjoy a spa day. Are either of these spots set up where there relaxation areas for the couples to reconvene? Are they clean? Or outdated? We prefer an actual spa opposed to a hair salon that has a couple of treatment rooms. Thanks for any input.
