“ Montauk for just 1 night (on a Saturday) ”

My husband and I are celebrating our anniversary this weekend and decided to drive out to Montauk for the day, but I know we're going to be out to dinner drinking wine and would rather not drive the hour and a half home. Are there any places that will let us just stay for the night? It's last-minute and I know it's August and a Saturday no-less, but we wouldn't be able to get there until really late on Friday and we definitely can't stay Sunday because we work Mon morning. If you ask me a 2-night minimum is ridiculous- they probably have lost a lot of business because of it!
