It was a decent sized 3 BR, 2BA with large eat in kitchen. Everything was furnished, except toilet paper, sheets and towels, but this probably varies from condo to condo. We even had laundry soap, spices, stuff I wouldn't have expected. Nice deck with table and chairs. Everything worked, A/C went out and they were there within an hour to fix.
Great location, close to beach and beach chairs and boogie boards were provided. I think some units had bikes. Clean, average sized pool with lots of small children. Very family oriented complex and safe area.
Cons: We had first floor unit which was great until we heard the noise above us. Units are cheaply built so there is no soundproofing. Ours was exceptionally loud since there were 3 families staying there which probably exceeded the limit. We had 2 trash cans per unit, marked with our number, plus recycling can. Neighbors filled them ALL, but I guess with that many people there would be a lot of trash. They do pick up trash twice a week, don't remember which days.
We had only one small lamp for living room light and the bulb burned out right away. Took 3 calls to realty office and my husband just went over and finally got one. WiFi was spotty, especially when our neighbors were using it too.
They won't give you keys one minute before 2:00 so everyone waits in line outside but it goes quick. I still owed money so went inside and got my keys without having to wait.
All in all, it was fine, not luxurious but comfortable. Let me know if you want any more info. I'll be happy to answer more questions.
By the way, Jersey Girl in Wildwood is a great restaurant. Harpoon Henry's in Cape May is an overrated tourist trap but has great sunset views.
