Lansing forum Is this where they transferred the statue of zachariah Chandler, I think from Pennsylvania or another state.
He is an ancestor and I would love to see his statue and so would other family members. Most family live in the Detroit area
If his is not there now, do you know when he will be.

Wow! Interesting piece of history that I hadn't known of. I had seen that they unveiled a new statue of President Gerald Ford in the U.S. Capitol, but now I see that each state is only allowed 2 statues. The statue of Zacharia Chandler has indeed been moved to Lansing. I see an article that states:
"...officials settled on the atrium of Constitution Hall in Lansing for the Chandler statue's destination.
The Chandler statue will be installed during the week of May 2."
