I have read a high speed ferry is the way to get to/from Boston. we plan to speed a few days at the beach and then 1 few days in Boston should we rent a car?

If I was staying in Hull, I would want to rent a car but I suppose it depends where your condo is located. If you're near restaurants and markets and the beach, I suppose you could get away without one--but what if it rains?

Also check to see how far you are from the ferry. Hull isn't huge but it is long.

I would rent.easier grocery runs, trips to lobster pound, restaurants, etc. glad to see nantasket getting some more play here. It is a great beach option.

You will want a car to explore Hull and the surrounding towns. Take the ferry to Boston.
