Can anyone please reccommend a cheap central hotel in Belfast? Arriving in July. Many thanks in advance.

I can't think of anything at all right in town, but I'm not from that area---I only get there by boat about once a year. Will you have a car?

The Comfort Inn might suit your needs. This is an American chain motel that is very consistent---clean, not too expensive, comfortable. It's on Rt 1, not far.

Other than that, I would suggest the Belfast Harbor Inn (www.belfastharborinn.com).
