“ New Port Richey vacation rental ”

Hello, we are renting a waterfront home in New Port Richey in Sept. the home is located on Joebeth drive does anyone know this area? The information states there is a private beach and walking distance to restaurants. Does anyone know of any taverns or sports bars within walking distance we will be there for the Ut vols and Florida game and would like to watch it at a sports bar. I didn't notice any beaches walking distance I hope someone can give me some information. Thank you

The private beach is located in Gulf Harbors, another beach, Green Key, is close by. I have never been to Green Key. We have a home Gulf Harbors thus I belong to the beach. It's a great place to cook out, watch the sunset. The swim area long, but not wide. It is a natural beach so it does not have white, sugar colored sand. Normally no waves here. Don't get me wrong, I like the beach. The best part is you have the beach to yourself! We've been on the beach by ourselves but most of the time their are just a few other people. You can see it on Google Earth.

As for the sports bar, Beef O Brady's is the place to go. the food is good & it's about 1 mi away.
