On their site you'll find many addresses in India, f.e. Delhi, Kolkata. You can contact them by phone or mail, maybe they have an agent in Mumbai.

I did my Druk tickets with teh travel agent who did the itinerary/hotels/etc. They got me a very good deal. It is better you go thru a travel agent than Druk directly.
