Interested in Fuengirola?
We'll send you updates with the latest deals, reviews and articles for Fuengirola each week.
Most beach places along the Costa del Sol are good places to stay, with public transport elsewhere.
Hotels are generally open all year around. Presently lots of older people wintering in the area but holiday makers will be turning up from next month.
If you fancy somewhere else, you could try Benidorm. Noisy July and August but great other times. People go back there year after year.
Try lowcostholidays for just hotel or whole holiday.
If you let us know what sort of thing you are looking for or are interested we will be able to advise further.
I love the whole of the Costa Del Sol and you will find so much to see and do from the white villages, to historical Granada, the coastal towns its just a fantastic place to go.
we are lookig to stayin a hotel and if possible on the flat not to far away from the beach ,we like to see intresting places to visit is it safe to walk out & about at night. we been to salou for the past 2yrs we like it very much is it similair to salou just thought try something diffrent .........
I've not been to Salou so can't comment on whether or not it is the same as La Carihuela or Fuengirola. However, both places are on the flat and there are lots of great restaurants in both and it is safe to walk about at night, however it is alway best to take the usual precautions with your bags and wallets etc.
Quite a while since I've been to Salou, but consider you would find Fuengirola much the same, and flat.
Benidorm on the other hand is more full on, more bars, more clubs, more entertainment.
Benidorm would be OK in April though, may be busy at weekends.
The Levante area in Benidorm is very flat.
Would think all hotels will be open.
Don't go AI mysef so can't reccommend any.

A completely Spanish resort is Malaga, with beaches, great shopping, tapas bars, good restaurants. Our downtown is completely walkable. We have plenty of museums and historic churches.
Good hotels: AC Malaga Palacio, Molina Lario Hotel.
Check the top questions in the Malaga forum.
