“ Public transport ”

I need to travel by public transport from Redland Bay ( & the Sth Moreton Bay Islands) to the city and surrounds with my international visitors and cannot find relevant information on this site. It is difficult to plan sight seeing days for them without some guidance.

for Malolo Lailai Island, Denarau Island, Fiji

The 280 bus leaves Redland Bay marina hourly even at weekends. It travels to Eight Mile Plains busway station and to Garden City busway station..

There are several buses which travel along the busway into the city, so easy to transfer to another bus

The 280 departure and arrival times are listed on the BITS ferry timetable so easy to work out your ferry connection back to Karragarra island.

We travel this route some weekends so know the service is reliable and easier to get to the CBD. You could also travel to Cleveland via other buses and then catch the train to the city.
