We recently did a trip around the SA Outback and Uluru. From Adelaide, 2500 km in 5 days around Flinders Ranges, Lake Eyre, Coober Pedy in a 6-wheel Land Cruiser; then fly to Uluru (Ayers Rock) for three nights.

Lynn uses a Canon 550D or, when she does not want to carry that weight, a Canon G10. I use a Panasonic FZ35. The Panasonic is lovely: light to carry and with a terrific Leica lens with 18x zoom.
We didn't try the Quorn pubs: it was just a quick stop for a look-around as we had to get to Hawker.
By all means add it to the SA and NT TRs.

On your site you have a couple of maps ... one of them said you travelled by "bus" but in the photos is looks like a large 4 wheel drive .... was that a tour ?
"Bus" is probably the wrong term, as it was indeed a 6-wheel Land Cruiser. There were six passengers (including us) plus driver, so it was a nice small group. The tour left from Adelaide, and had overnight stops at Hawker, Marree, Coober Pedy, and Woomera.
Maybe I'll think about changing the wording on the map.

I'm sure many people will enjoy seeing those lovely photos.
