We absolutely loved the music and dance performance at the Bru Boru Heritage Centre in Cashel! Superb music without a lot of cheesy chatter. A rather sparse audience and few reviews here on TA make me think it is not as well known as it should be. A highlight of our trip, and good reason to spend a night in Cashel before visiting the rock.

That sounds like fun. I wished they had that when I was there in '08, but maybe they did and we just didn't know about it! It's a good reason to go back!
