Well we have just returned after a seven day stay at the hotel.
Kerb appeal not good, reception area not bad.
Our room was large with three single beds, hard, but we both slept well.
Bathroom clean, good shower.
Food acceptable, good choice.
Manager friendly and helpful, staff did their job, no conversation. The one we had was really friendly.
As the saying goes "you get what you pay for"
I would pay another visit when all the outdoor work is completed.
