Shabby throughout,bedroom dilapidated,odour from bed/bedding,bathroom atrocious,table linen in dining room dirty,chipped cups,tea and coffe awful,food inedible.Travelled with National Holidays expecting basic requirements of cleanliness and decent food of which this hotel does not appear to possess.
There is a hotel called 'disgusting' in Sandown? Why on earth did you book it? Wasn't the name a clue?

There is a tripadvisor review for each hotel, add your report under the hotel and you will name and shame them. Others looking for a hotel will read your report along with the others reviews and will decide whether to give it a wide berth until the owners get their act together.

In Yorkshire we have a saying "you get what you pay for"
You went on a cheap trip with National Holidays so did you stay at the Broadway Park Hotel Sandown?
If you look it up on TA you will see it as 2 good reviews and 2 not so bad reviews.
Looking at the reviews I myself would be happy to stay there.
Are you going to stay with us and give us your input on things or are you just going to be a 1 post wonder.
