Not a lot Marlyne less than a pound I should think as
they would'nt get anyone to use it, its about a 15 min walk from the beach up the Cliff Path good exercise :-)

Thanks. I have rheumatoid arthritis, so I try to spare myself some to save my exercise for walking the beach or the cliff walks.
If we stay at 17 Queens Rd or 4 Chine Ave, how do we get to the beach? Where do we find the path? Where do we find the lift if we want to use it. How close are these places to the town center for catching the bus to the espanade? How close is the old town village? Thanks. Marlyne

Have a look at these links. The lift is just above the "B" on both maps, Might help you decide where to stay.
But it does look like Queen Road might be more central.
