“ Zuzabed Apartment or "The House" ”

We are travelling to Lisbon to celebrate our 15th wedding anniversary in April.

The "romantic" hotels in town ar TOO much money for us, so I am deciding between one of the ZuzaBed Apartments or the "Dressing Room" at The House.

Any other recommendations would be greatly appreciated, plus views on which would be better for sightseeing/eating/drinking and romance!

I am going to book in next 48 hours as reservations seem to be disappearing fast.

Hi Laura

This post may not be very punctual after your question but if you're thinking of staying at one of the Zuzabed apartments, I'd say that that was a very good decision. The first time we went to Lisbon for a holiday we stayed in Zuza Bed & Breakfast on Calcada do Duque. Luis Zuzarte was a marvellous host and great to his guests. I'd say that you were in very good hands if you decided to stay at any of his apartments!

Well I stayed at "The House" twice" and it my place I would only stay at when visiting Lisbon

I did write a lengthy review about my first visit.

But I think House and Zuzabed are places to stay that represent that you do not have to spend alot of money to have enjoyable place to stay in Lisbon.
