The first thing I see as I travel around to several different forums and from emails from friends? The NH Carlton is in play. More so than the NH Amsterdam Centre.....at least right now with recent bids.

And for the summer months ahead it looks like the price point is somewhere around $62 or $63 USD for the lowest winning bid.

July 22-26 $65 first bid. Carlton

July 8-10 $63. First try at $61 failed. Carlton

August 11-13 $69 which was a counter offer. Carlton

July 21-27 $63 first bid Carlton

There may be other 4's in play. But if so they are not being posted.

That still looks like you should bid no higher than $61-$63 on a first try for a 4 star.

wow i got 5* for $73 us with tax it wa $89.00,

now im looking for an apartment for 10 days , the hotel is of rmy last night, and this is just after the Cnnabis Cup

Matty, just FYI, the daily price goes down as your PL stay gets longer. The one time fee they charge is the same for one night as it is for 7 nights.

Greetings all,

Just adding to the list here - I got the NH Carlton for $65 USD for August 9-14. First bid of $60 was rejected (counter offer of $77), tried $65 the next day and got it. After taxes/fees for the 5 nights, total came to $74/night.

'Twas my first time using a NYOP option, and think I am hooked!

So if I read this correctly a $65 bid was rejected on one day but the same $65 bid is accepted the next day?

Makes you wonder why. What happened from the one day to the next?
