I’ll be visiting Venice in April, and, if it’s not too difficult, I’d like to see San Francesco del Deserto. The 2010 Rough Guide to Venice says there’s a taxi rank next to the vaporetto stop on Burano complete with a phone to use if no taxi is waiting. Does anyone know if this is still the case, and if so what the fare is likely to be?

You can also ask anyone in Burano as there is one guy who takes there and back with 10,00 euro ... ask your concierge as he can provide his telephone number
