If you could have only one glass of wine, or buy one bottle, what would it be? We are going next month, and I am looking forward to enjoying wonderful wines. Please list your top three!

I assume I'm not alone in this - and that everybody else also takes photos of their favourites?
Here are a few of those we've enjoyed most whilst in Rome...

But I doubt anyone will be sitting out in the sun, enjoying a bottle of rosé tomorrow - a year exactly since that last one was taken?

Thank you for posting your photos. I enjoyed them, including the photos of food!
Love your website! Great source for my research, thanks.
any wine is good wine....I'm not fussy..
only one glass....no good to me.
but if it was my last one it would be a sagrantino from Montefalco in Umbria where the wine is indigent to the footprint around the village and no where else in Italy.
How time flies!
It only struck me later that two years, not one, have passed since we sat outside Spiriti "today" - perhaps made foggy by the very accommodating owner having pressed on us trial glasses of a sparkling Franciacorta rosé he'd just added to the list?
Unsurprisingly, we've been back...

... and on that occasion spotted that he'd another wine, a white this time, from the same 'Velenosi' people who make Ludi - their Offida DOC Pecorino.
Again very pleasant but not particularly photographic so, for details, see:

OOPS - that reminds me, Valentine's Day tomorrow!
Honestly, we never had a bad bottle of wine in Rome. The best bottle is the bottle I was drinking at the moment!!
We loved Cul de Sac and their extensive wine list. Our waiter helped us make some great choices.
