“ What time of year are tickets to Paris the least expensive? ”

I went to Paris in February 2010. My ticket a gift from my inlaws. At that time, my husband and his band were going to Paris to play a few gigs, so the wives went along for the week.
I'd like to go back, but am not sure if there's a time of year when tickets aren't as expensive. I don't have a preference on the time of year (as I mentioned, I went in February and actually enjoyed walking around the city in the chilly, snowy weather, bundled up...was very magical!). Most of the dates I put in to check and see all seem to fall around $950/ticket, regardless of the time of year.
