What's the best way to get from Bristol airport to bath? How much would a taxi cost and does anyone know a good company

You can either take the train to Bristol Temple Meads, and from there the airport express bus (several every hour), or more conveniently take a taxi from Bath to the airport. Abbey Taxis charges a flat rate of 40 Pounds at present, and the whole journey takes about 40 minutes.

Prices for train/bus vary depending on the time of day, and the travelling time will be at least one hour. Which journey is cheaper will also depend on the number of people travelling.

1Brutus means take the airport express coach to Bath (3 per hour) and then train to Bath. If there is more than one of you, taxi will probably be best, as they will drop you at your door (for this reason it is probably best to usea Bath firm like Abbey).

Quite right, RomanCitizen, I was describing the journey from Bath to the Airport, which was rather silly in view of the question asked. The phone number of Abbey is 01225 444444 by the way.
